Payment

You can complete your order by making payment via our secure Bank transfer.

Order and Shipping

• After placing an order in the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation.
• You will receive a track & track code once your order has left our warehouse.
• We need to ship your order from Nepal, so shipping companies generally takes 5-7 working days.
• Check the overview for the costs.
• Be sure to check customs and import duties, local taxes, permits and product restrictions.
• Additional cost charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund and Exchange

Dambar silver does not offer refunds once the purchase is completed. We recommend carefully reviewing your selection before placing your
order. If you face any issues with your product, please refer to our exchange policy below.

We offer exchanges to help you find the perfect piece.

Exchanges

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.


2. Condition: The jewelry must be in its original, unused condition, free from any wear, damage, or alterations. Original invoices must be included.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items:
– Customized or personal used items like earrings are non- exchangeable.
– Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

1. The value difference between the items being exchanged will be calculated:
– If the new item is of higher value, the customer will pay the price difference.
– The new item selected for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the original product.

 
2. Once the exchange is approved, return the item to the address provided by our team.

Please notify us as soon as possible of your intention to exchange an item.
• The customer is responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the exchange item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange request within 3-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
